Scholarships Given Out to Two Students
The Wheaton Lions Club gave out scholarships to Jaquala Hillman from Wheaton North High School and Mikaela Deppisch from Wheaton Warrenville South at their weekly luncheon today.
Jaquala will be attending the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater campus to study Business Administration. A varsity basketball player in Wheaton, she hopes to continue that sport at the college level.
Mikaela will be taking several classes at College of DuPage for one year and then will attend Southern Illinois University where she has been accepted to major in Electrical Engineering and minor in Music. She is a vocalist.

The Wheaton Lions Club annual banquet & installation of officers will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Cantigny Golf Club.
Social hour and cash bar starts at 5:30. Invocation/dinner at 6:30.
The movie Going Blind will be screened in Congress and distributed to public television stations nationwide.
