Inspirational Musical Son And Supportive Father

(2013)

I guarantee that this phenomenal young man will put you in a better frame of mind today! And - what a father!

Last week there was an article in the Wall Street Journal titled, New Gadgets Assist the Blind.  Apple Inc.'s VoiceOver technology was featured.  This is an OS X Operating System which is now built into all new Macs to help people with vision problems.

When members of Wheaton Lions see or hear about gadgets and equipment, which are helpful to persons who are blind or visually impaired, they can always call Spectrios Institute to ask if those items are in the Spectrios technology lab (Ask for Leah or Lion Greg Pusateri (630) 690-7115 in Eye Tec).

You can ask for a time when you can come in for a personal demo OR you can mark your calendar for Saturday, Dec. 1st.  On that day there will be a  Technology Open House.  It is a FREE event, featuring hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology available for people with low vision, AND there will be refreshments.  The hours are 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Call by November 28th to R.S.V.P.  (that will guarantee they won't run out of refreshments.)  (630) 690-7115.  Bring a teenager or a senior citizen with you.  You will all have a good time.
