She spoke about Career Pathways, a tool that helps students thoughtfully select high school courses that are aligned to their personal areas of interest and career goals.

The Wheaton Lions hosted Nancy Shepherd, Founder and Jill Roche, Executive Director of Love Your Neighbor. Love Your Neighbor is a nonprofit based in Wheaton that designs and furnishes homes for families transitioning out of difficult circumstances. Their work is rooted in faith and dignity, creating peaceful spaces that support healing, stability, and long-term transformation. They believe in second chances and the power of community to uplift and restore.
