John is a Professional Civil Engineer who spent his career focusing on improving transportation infrastructure in the greater Chicagoland region. John is a former District Engineer for the Illinois Department of Transportation District One office in Schaumburg, encompassing the six counties in northeast Illinois including DuPage County and the City of Chicago. In 2005 John was appointed DuPage County Director of Transportation, a position he held until 2013 when he joined a national consulting engineering firm as Vice President for business development. John is a recipient of the 2002 Distinguished Alumnus Award for the University of Illinois Civil and Environmental Engineering Alumni Association and the 2004 American Public Works Association Top Ten Public Works Leader of the Year Award.
John and his wife Catherine attended the University of Illinois and moved to Wheaton in 1979. They have three children and six grandchildren that live in the area. John has been an active member of the Knights of Columbus, as well as supporting Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and coaching baseball, track, and cross country. Now he gets to enjoy sitting in the stands cheering on his grandchildren through their many activities.

John is a retired 47 year resident of Wheaton. He was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of the Wiseman Hughes and Next Generation Group which developed and built residential communities and commercial developments in Wheaton and suburban metropolitan areas. John graduated from St. Joseph’s College (Rensselaer IN), is an Illinois Licensed CPA and Managing Real Estate Broker. He is also a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Charitable Organization and the Illinois CPA Society. John and his wife Leah have two grown daughters, two grandsons and continue to reside in south Wheaton.

Megan Kolmodin is an Audiologist working with Audiologic Services, a private practice located in Naperville. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Science at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and her Doctorate in Audiology at Rush University in Chicago. Megan began her career working at large scale hospitals including Advocate and Northwestern Medicine in Chicago. She is passionate about using evidenced-based practices to provide comprehensive patient-centered care. She currently holds the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and is a member on the board of Illinois Academy of Audiology. Megan currently lives in Downers Grove and enjoys spending time with her husband and 1 year old daughter.

Daniel is the Senior Vice President of Government Relations at The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. He holds key positions in various real estate and governmental boards, including Chair of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce and Vice-Chair of the Greater Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce. He has been recognized with numerous awards, including REALTOR of the Year and the Silver Beaver Award from the Boy Scouts of America. Wagner, a Wheaton resident, is also active in civic and philanthropic organizations and holds degrees from Illinois State University. He is a licensed real estate broker and has Series 7 and 63 security licenses. He is married with four children, three of whom are triplets.

Anthony has been the Chief Financial Officer of The Inland Real Estate Group since July 2022, brings over 30 years of experience in finance, tax, audit, commercial real estate, capital markets, and alternative investments. Previously, he served as President and CEO of the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA) and FactRight. He also held roles in capital markets at various real estate investment companies and worked in corporate finance, tax, and audit at Verizon Communications (formerly GTE) for over 18 years.
Mr. Chereso graduated from DePaul University School of Business and is a distinguished instructor for the Institute of Internal Auditors.

As a longtime resident of Wheaton since 2003 and a Glen Ellyn native, John has deep ties to the community and a passion for entrepreneurship. After graduating from Iowa State University with a degree in electrical engineering, where John co-founded Sigma Pi fraternity, he embarked on a career in product and program management for companies ranging from startups to large corporations in industries like transportation, hospitality, and medical devices. Alongside his professional career, John has successfully owned residential real estate and is pursuing his passion for technology, general intelligence, and robotics. Now, focused on growing his daughter’s business from festivals to a brick-and-mortar location in downtown Wheaton, while exploring innovative business structures that integrate real general intelligence and robotics. Anthony D’Andrea joined the Wheaton Lion’s Club in 1991 and served as a member until 1999 when he moved to Chicago. He returned to Wheaton as the Chief Development Officer of Wheaton College and restarted his club membership after 25 years. Debbie Rinella serves as the Events and Marketing Coordinator for the Neurofibromatosis (NF) Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds for clinical research within the NF community. NF is a genetic condition that causes tumor growth along the nervous system, leading to a variety of symptoms such as loss of sight, hearing, and the development of neurofibromas which can progress into a cancerous form known as MPNST. This aggressive form of cancer grows rapidly, invades nearby structures, and can sometimes metastasize. NF is often diagnosed in children or young adults. Debbie's professional background lies in graphics, events, and marketing. She has over 20 years of experience as a graphic designer, having freelanced and worked for ad agencies Marc USA and Centro in Chicago. She also handled graphics and marketing for Broadway in Chicago and previously served as the Events Coordinator and in-house graphic designer for the Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce before relocating to the west suburbs. Debbie continues her graphic design work while focusing on raising awareness and essential funds for the NF Network.

His journey began with an athletic scholarship at Western Illinois University, where he excelled academically. After graduating with honors from Chicago Kent College of Law, he embarked on a legal career that spanned several decades. Patrick’s professional journey included roles at ISBA malpractice insurance and Taft Contracting Cicero, where he managed millwrights and machinery movers. Later, he served as the Midwest manager for YFU International High School Exchange.

Beyond his legal work, Patrick actively contributed to his community. He volunteered with WDSRA, coached Special Olympics athletes, and hosted four international students who attended Wheaton North. His dedication to service earned him recognition as WDSRA’s Volunteer of the Year. Patrick and his wife, Jane Hodgkinson, have been happily married for 40 years. They now split their time between babysitting their grandchildren in Lake Zurich and Winfield.

Mr. Hutchinson has worked in the banking industry for 37 years. He started his career with Gary Wheaton Bank ultimately serving as President of the Gary Wheaton Bank in Downers Grove. Later he worked in the community bank group with successor organizations First Chicago, NBD, Bank One and Chase. He joined Fifth Third Securities as a Regional Sales Director before joining Wintrust in 2006. Currently he is the CEO of Wheaton Bank and Trust and serves on their Board of Directors.

Mr. Hutchinson is a Board Member of Choose DuPage. He also serves as a Trustee of The Conservation Foundation and The College of DuPage Foundation. He earned a B.S. degree in economics from Illinois State University and an MBA from Benedictine University. Mr. Hutchinson is a lifelong DuPage County resident.
