We were honored to welcome Ofelia Gutierrez, Ana Pardeshi, and Annie Behrns as our presenters, sharing how Metropolitan Family Services and the Wheaton‑Warrenville Early Childhood Collaborative strengthen families across DuPage.
Ofelia and Ana brought deep expertise from their years supporting parents and young children through home‑based programs and family engagement. Annie shared how the Early Childhood Collaborative works to ensure every child in our community has the support they need to thrive.
We’re grateful for their leadership and the vital services they bring to families in DuPage.

A huge thank‑you to Doodlebug Workshop and our very own Lion Sarah Starke, Director of Doodlebug Workshop for speaking at the Wheaton Lions meeting.
We were especially inspired by the exciting updates on their new Day Program and the expansion underway, a major step forward in empowering adults of all abilities through hands‑on learning, meaningful work, and a place to belong.
The Lions are proud to support organizations that strengthen our community, and Doodlebug continues to be a shining example of what service, heart, and innovation can do.
