JUDGE MONIQUE O'TOOLE

Judge Monique O’Toole joined the Wheaton Lions to share her work within DuPage County and the responsibilities she carries on the bench. Her perspective on the county’s justice system and the challenges facing local courts made for an informative and engaging discussion.

The Wheaton Lions Club welcomed Rudy Keller, chairman of Wheaton's Field of Honor. Rudy shared the history and continued success of this inspiring community tribute, where 2,026 American flags proudly lined Seven Gables Park for the fifth consecutive year.
