KIRK DILLARD

Organization: Illinois Regional Transportation Authority

The Wheaton Lions hosted Kirk Dillard, Chairman of the Regional Transportation Authority, at our meeting this week. Kirk shared information about the organization and their goals for meeting the current and future needs of transportation in the Chicago area, including to and within Wheaton.

The Wheaton Lions hosted Christopher Urban, a Supervisory Special Agent with the Diplomatic Security Service (DSS), currently serving as the Team Lead for the U.S. Government’s Foreign Emergency Support Team (FEST)—the only interagency crisis response team poised to deploy overseas to assist U.S. embassies in counterterrorism and security crises.
